Multi-dimensional reporting across the rebate lifecycle.
The BI Cube is IXB’s rebate-specific reporting layer, a supporting experience within Rebate & Contract Financial Integrity. It answers questions across plan, drug, manufacturer, contract, time, and outcome, and it is designed to keep reporting traceable to the rebate records that produced it.
Five dimensions. Every combination queryable.
Every record in the workflow — every claim, invoice line, dispute, payment, and reconciliation outcome — is indexed across five dimensions. Slice across any combination to understand performance, exceptions, and results without custom reporting work.

Standard reports and operational answers without custom development.
Use the BI Cube to generate common rebate reports and answer operational questions across plan, drug, manufacturer, contract, time, and outcome — without exporting data or building custom reports from scratch.
- Which manufacturer contracts are driving the most rebate dollars this quarter?
- How has formulary mix shifted across plans over the last four quarters?
- Which disputed invoices are aging past 60 days, and across which manufacturers?
- What is the realization rate on rebates earned vs. paid by contract tier?
- Which invoices, disputes, or manufacturer responses are holding up reconciliation?
Status, dollars, and exceptions in one view.
A representative quarterly rebate view showing earned, invoiced, paid, disputed, and reconciled amounts across manufacturer contracts. The same data drives invoicing, manufacturer follow-up, and reconciliation.

Reporting designed to stay traceable to operations.
The BI Cube reports on the data that drives rebate calculation, invoicing, manufacturer follow-up, payment tracking, and reconciliation, and it is designed to keep reporting traceable to those operational records. Integration scope is confirmed for each deployment.
This is the dedicated cube for rebate operations. IXB stands up a separate, isolated cube per program — MTM programs run on their own — so reporting stays separated by program and by customer.
Ask us a question your current reporting cannot answer.
If it involves rebate dollars across more than one dimension, it is probably a cube query.
